Our experience with the Owners Steve & Lynn and the technicians (Joey) has been most satisfactory professionally. Although sub-contractors of the General Contractor, Houde has been outstanding in its quality of work and ethics. They are knowledgeable, experienced and most of all polite and caring. So much so that we have engaged Houde’s services for annual maintenance of HVAC equipment in newly completed duplexes & triplexes… a total of 8 units from basic furnace / AC to radiant heating, HRV & everything in between.
