It first began at the home show in Cornwall. Steve was very knowledgeable in his presentation of the work to be performed at my house. Estimates were performed and starting date was zeroed in. The schedule of work was firmed up as an ancient boiler had to be removed. Minimum of disruption was respected and clean up was prompt.
Installation of the new system was performed by very knowledgeable technicians in a continuous process with attention given to cleanliness and efficiency.

I have had three separate installations by Houde Mechanical, all with exceptional installation and service. In 2006 a wall AC was installed, serviced several times and is working well; in 2016 a gas furnace was installed then two years later an AC unit was added requiring some retrofit.
